These terms apply to purchases from our store, together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
Ordering
You must have the legal capacity to make a purchase or permission from a parent or guardian where applicable.
Please provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; acceptance occurs when we send a dispatch confirmation.
If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any payment taken for the cancelled items.
Products and descriptions
We aim to describe our products accurately. Screen settings may cause small colour differences, but products must match their material descriptions and advertised features.
Only accessories expressly listed in the purchased offer are included. Product availability may change.
Prices and payments
The currency, product price, shipping charges and applicable checkout taxes are shown before payment.
Price changes apply to future orders. If a significant pricing or listing error affects your order, we will explain the error and offer you the choice of proceeding at the corrected price or receiving a refund.
We may decline orders where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, unauthorised payment or unlawful resale. Payments already taken for cancelled orders will be refunded.
Promotions
Promotional conditions will be stated with the offer. Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.
Returns of promotional purchases are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Changes to a promotion will not retrospectively alter an accepted order.
Delivery, returns and refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy provides a 30-day money-back guarantee from delivery, together with remedies for damaged, faulty, incorrect or undelivered goods.
These policies do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Responsible product use
WoofBall Glow is intended for supervised chasing and interactive play. It is not an indestructible chew toy.
Choose a suitable toy size for your dog, follow the supplied instructions and inspect the product regularly. Stop use if the shell or core is damaged.
Keep the electronic core dry and follow charging instructions. Do not open or modify the sealed electronic core. Store the product away after play.
Customers are responsible for reasonable supervision and following instructions. We remain responsible for product defects and other obligations imposed by applicable law.
Website use and intellectual property
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent information or attempt unauthorised access.
Our original website content and branding may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where law permits.
Customer reviews and photographs
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. You must have permission to submit any photographs or other material.
By submitting content specifically for publication, you give us a non-exclusive permission to display it for that purpose and make minor formatting changes without altering its meaning. Separate permission will be requested where appropriate for other marketing uses.
Responsibility and liability
We are responsible for losses caused by our breach of these terms or failure to exercise legally required care, subject to applicable law.
Where legally permitted, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by misuse, unauthorised modifications or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effects of disruption.
Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable product-safety obligations, fraud or liability for injury caused by negligence.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. Please read it before submitting personal information through the store.
Complaints and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Business jurisdiction, without depriving customers of mandatory protections or access to courts available under the laws that apply to them.
Changes to these terms
Updated terms will apply to future orders from their publication date. Purchases already accepted remain subject to the terms in effect when the order was placed, except where law requires otherwise.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
